Terms

Meter Set is a service of Stockman's Energy, Inc., California C-10 license #999665. We prepare and file permit and utility service applications as your agent, using the information you and your customer provide.

Pricing. Flat per-job prices are listed on our home page. City, county and utility fees are passed through at cost. You pay when you approve a draft; nothing is filed before then.

Your responsibilities. You confirm the job details are accurate and that your customer has authorized the work. The installing contractor remains responsible for the installation and its compliance with code.

Timing. We respond to city and utility requests the same business day, but permit offices and utilities set their own schedules, so we can't guarantee their dates.

Refunds. If we haven't filed anything yet, you can cancel for a full refund. After filing, fees already paid to the city or utility can't be refunded.
